These terms cover your use of ocalalevelpros.com. The work we perform at your home is governed by the written estimate and any contract you sign, which take precedence over anything on this page.
Estimates requested through this site are free and carry no obligation. We provide written estimates after inspecting the home, not fixed quotes over the phone. Prices shown anywhere on this website are typical ranges for planning purposes only. They are not offers, and the actual price depends on what we find under your home: the number of piers involved, the condition of pads and anchors, access and clearance, and soil conditions.
A written estimate is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. If we discover conditions that were not visible during the inspection, we will stop, show you what we found, and get your approval before doing additional work.
We schedule work as availability allows and will tell you honestly when we can get there. After-hours, weekend, and holiday calls carry a trip fee that we disclose before we dispatch.
We perform mobile home leveling, tie-down and anchor installation, vapor barrier and underbelly repair, and skirting installation and repair. We are licensed and insured for this work in Florida and will show proof on request.
Mobile homes on Florida's sandy soil settle over time. Releveling corrects the home's position at the time of service; it does not stop future settlement. We do not warrant against normal settling, and we recommend a check every three to five years.
We provide written documentation of the work we perform. Whether an insurer, lender, or inspector accepts that documentation is their decision, not ours, and we cannot guarantee a particular outcome on a 4-point inspection, wind mitigation report, FHA foundation certification, or insurance renewal.
Payment is due on completion unless the written estimate sets other terms. We accept the payment methods listed on your estimate.
The articles on this site are general information about mobile home care in Central Florida. They are not engineering advice and are not a substitute for an inspection of your specific home. Building codes, wind zone requirements, and insurance rules change; verify current requirements with Marion County or your carrier before relying on anything here.

To the extent Florida law allows, our liability for any claim relating to this website is limited to the amount you paid us for services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for our own negligence in performing work at your property, which is covered by our insurance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Marion County, Florida.
